Date: Wednesday, November 13th, 2024
Time: 7:30am - 12:45pm (Full agenda below!)
Why Attend?
The purpose of this summit is to bring together key public, private, and non-profit stakeholders for a "deep dive" discussion on the once-in-a-generation opportunity we have to bridge America's digital divide through the BEAD program. We will look holistically at our country's unserved and underserved communities, and discuss how we apply advances in technology, available funding, and timely deployments to achieve our collective goal of universal broadband service for every American family.
We welcome you to be a part of the conversation. Join us on November 13th in Milpitas, California for an interesting and interactive dialogue with regional, state, and federal leaders on how to ensure the BEAD program's success — quickly and cost-effectively closing the digital divide in the United States.
A nominal registration fee of $25* per person will be collected, with every dollar going to Balanced Access — a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization focused on providing fast, dependable internet access to students, teachers, migrant farmworkers and others in the south Santa Clara County and San Benito County areas, regardless of their financial situation.
*After November 1st, registration will increase to $35/person.
